E’ stato pubblicato, nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 214 del 13 settembre 2016, il decreto legislativo n. 179/2016 contenente le modifiche al Codice dell’Amministrazione Digitale, entrate in vigore il 14 settembre 2016. Il decreto è formato da ben sessantasei articoli e già da ciò è possibile immaginare come il CAD, sia stato oggetto di significativi cambiamenti; rappresenta, almeno sulla carta, il duplice tentativo volto da una parte a completare il processo di digitalizzazione della P.A. e, dall’altra a rendere più “aperto e trasparente”, grazie al digitale, il rapporto tra PA e cittadino.
