Dopo la sperimentazione della scorsa primavera e dopo il rinvio dal 1 luglio 2016 al 1 gennaio 2017 dell’obbligo del PAT, comincia oggi la nuova sperimentazione con la quale si confronteranno (obbligatoriamente, pur in assenza di conseguenze) tutti i professionisti che dovranno iscrivere a ruolo procedimenti dinanzi al TAR e al Consiglio di Stato.
Il 28 settembre 2016, così come preannunciato dal Segretario Generale della Giustizia Amministrativa nel decreto 12 settembre 2016 (Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 217 del 16 settembre 2016), venivano pubblicate le istruzioni operative per la sperimentazione del processo amministrativo telematico che prende avvio proprio oggi per concludersi il 30 novembre 2016…
