In data odierna (15 gennaio 2024) è stata pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 11 del 15 gennaio 2024, la rettifica del DM Giustizia n° 217/2023 del 29.12.2023, con la quale vengono reintrodotti i commi 4, 5 e 6 dell'art. 18 delle regole tecniche sulle notifiche PEC.
